After collaboratively testing several ideas, Studio-Strik turned to NVM’s existing data products. Potentially, these products are a huge asset for NVM members, yet they are hardly being used. NVM did not see this issue as a design problem, and tended to push existing products with campaigns and lengthy tutorials.

The first step was to convince the organization that it was facing a design problem. The second step was to inspire NVM to look further than its current methods for product development. Studio-Strik developed two prototypes for alternative ways of visualizing data. In addition, a new organizational model, one that creates fertile soil for digital innovation, has been developed.
