NVM actively serves the interest of its 5000 members, yet often fails to explain its added value to its members. As an organization, NVM is highly complex. It continuously switches roles during its operations; from Ltd, to union, to market watchdog and back. Studio-Strik detangled these various roles and showed how they are mutually conflicting with a custom-built scenario tool.

The various roles, interests and current themes in the organization were reframed in a daring interactive workshops, given throughout all levels of the organisation. The visual framework used in the workshop continues to be used as talking piece during strategic deliberation.
